My Teaching Philosophy

Through my work, I support students by building engaging curriculum that attracts critical thinkers. I love integrating art to my teaching approaches and am always eager to learn new technologies that enhance language acquisition. I am a strong believer in creating safe, inclusive, and equitable spaces for people to learn, share and collaborate

online and in-person.

I am an advocate for ELL policy reform and better teaching practices for more equitable learning platforms in the US and abroad. I hope to do work with migrant children and support professional development for emerging teachers. I want to combine my interest of traveling and comparative global education, and collaborate on projects with teachers from other countries. I hope to work abroad and gain a greater global lens, be kind, stay humble, and exchange stories, knowledge, and collaborate.
